GiantMouse 12 Days of Giveaways Sweepstakes Rules

  1. Eligibility: Open to individuals aged 18 years or older. Void where prohibited by law. Participants must reside in the United States.
  2. How to Enter: To enter, visit www.giantmouse.com/pages/12-days-of-giveaways and complete the required entry form. No purchase necessary to participate.
  3. Entry Limits: Limit of one (1) entry per person for the sweepstakes. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. Entry will qualify for each drawing from the time of submission until the end of the sweepstakes.
  4. Entry Period: The duration of the giveaway begins on December 13, 2024 at 9:00 AM EST and ends on December 24th, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST.
  5. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected randomly each day of the giveaway from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries. All winners will be contacted before December 26th, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST. 
  6. Prizes: Prizes differ each day of the giveaway, and prizes are updated each day at 9:00 AM EST. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.
  7. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via email within two (2) days of the giveaway’s end. Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize or an alternate winner will be selected and notified.
  8. General Conditions: By entering, participants agree to these rules and the decisions of GiantMouse, LLC, which are final and binding in all respects.
  9. Use of Entries: By participating, entrants agree to allow GiantMouse, LLC to use their name, likeness, and/or submission for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  10. Disclaimers: GiantMouse, LLC is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical issues that may arise during entry submission. Duplicate entries by the same person will not be allowed. GiantMouse, LLC reserves the right to exclude anyone suspected of fraud.
  11. Privacy: Personal information collected during the giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared or sold to third parties.
  12. Void Where Prohibited: This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
